The Villa Itself Location
Convenience is everything. This oasis is located just 4KM away from the Bandaranayake International Airport in Katunayake and 30 km from Colombo. The sprawling property is nestled in the tranquil coconut village of Madawala, just 400m from the main road. At Villa Blue Lotus, time seems to stand still, being ideally located to escape the stresses of everyday life and experience peace, tranquillity, and relaxation.

The Villa provides the extravagance of five-star amenities and service that will ensure an unforgettable stay while still retaining the charm of a home away from home. Our fully-furnished guestrooms – two twins and three kings – are equipped with all the comforts of home. Each room features en-suite bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, a fan, a mini fridge, a cable internet connection and a personal veranda. We provide daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as frequent linen replacement and on-call meal preparation. The Villa is thus suited for all types of vacations, from big group reunions to intimate family holidays. Guests can choose daily, weekly, or monthly rates.
